Giveaway Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to giveaways and competitions organized by Aveva Design AB (“AVEVA”) on AVEVA's social media channels, website or in collaboration with influencers, creators, brands or other partners. By participating in an AVEVA giveaway or competition, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
1. Organizer
Unless otherwise stated in the individual giveaway communication, the giveaway is organized by:

The specific social media account or AVEVA channel hosting or promoting a giveaway will be stated in the relevant campaign communication.
2. Who can participate
Unless otherwise stated in the individual giveaway communication, giveaways are open to individuals who:
- are at least 18 years old; and
- reside in the country or countries specified in the relevant giveaway communication.
3. How to participate
The specific participation requirements for each giveaway will be clearly stated in the relevant giveaway post or campaign communication. Participation is free and does not require a purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise. Only entries submitted during the specified giveaway period and in accordance with the stated participation requirements will be considered. Unless otherwise stated, participants may enter a giveaway more than once, but AVEVA reserves the right to exclude duplicate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries.
4. Giveaway period
The start and end date and time for each individual giveaway will be stated in the relevant giveaway communication. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered. AVEVA is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise not received due to technical problems or circumstances outside AVEVA's reasonable control.
5. Prize
The prize or prizes available in each giveaway will be specified in the relevant giveaway communication.
Unless otherwise stated:
- the prize cannot be exchanged for cash
- the prize cannot be transferred or resold

the prize cannot be exchanged for another product and
- the prize is subject to availability
If a specific prize is unavailable due to circumstances outside AVEVA's reasonable control, AVEVA reserves the right to replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner selection
The method of selecting the winner or winners will be stated in the relevant giveaway communication. Unless otherwise stated, winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted using the contact method specified in the relevant giveaway communication. If a selected winner does not respond within the stated period, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or otherwise cannot accept the prize, AVEVA reserves the right to select an alternative winner. AVEVA's decision regarding the selection of winners is final, subject to applicable law.
7. Winner announcement
Where applicable, the winner may be announced through the AVEVA social media account or other channel used for the giveaway. The winner's social media username may be published in connection with the announcement of the winner. AVEVA will not publish a winner's private contact information.
8. Delivery of the prize
Unless otherwise stated, AVEVA is responsible for arranging delivery of the prize to the winner. The winner may be required to provide information necessary for delivery, such as their name and delivery address. Such information should always be provided privately and not in publicly visible comments or posts. AVEVA is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the winner or circumstances outside AVEVA's reasonable control.
9. Personal data
AVEVA processes personal data provided by participants and winners only to the extent necessary to administer the giveaway, select and contact winners, and fulfil the prize.

Participants should not publish personal contact information or other sensitive personal data in giveaway comments.
10. Social media platforms
Unless otherwise stated, giveaways conducted on social media are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok or any other social media platform used in connection with the giveaway. Participants release the relevant social media platform from responsibility in relation to the giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law. The giveaway is organized and administered by AVEVA and/or the collaboration partner(s) specified in the relevant giveaway communication.
11. Collaborations
AVEVA may conduct giveaways together with influencers, creators, brands or other partners. Where a giveaway is conducted in collaboration with another party, the relevant campaign communication may identify the participating partner(s).
Unless otherwise stated, these Terms & Conditions apply regardless of whether the giveaway is organized solely by AVEVA or jointly with a collaboration partner.
12. Participant responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their entries comply with these Terms & Conditions and any additional rules stated in the relevant giveaway communication.
Entries must not contain material that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise inappropriate. AVEVA reserves the right to remove or exclude entries that violate these requirements or applicable law.
13. Changes, interruption or cancellation
AVEVA reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel a giveaway if circumstances outside AVEVA's reasonable control make this necessary, including technical failures, misuse, fraud or other circumstances that materially affect the integrity or administration of the giveaway.
14. Liability
AVEVA is not responsible for technical problems, interruptions, network failures, platform failures or other circumstances beyond AVEVA's reasonable control that affect participation in a giveaway. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or protections that participants have under mandatory applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Sweden, subject to any mandatory rights applicable to consumers under the laws of their country of residence.
