Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable distance selling laws.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us before returning the item at:

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Return Policy (Aveva Design)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all accessories
Custom-made or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns under this policy.
3. Faulty or Defective Products (Consumers)
As a consumer, you have the right to make a claim for a faulty product for up to 3 years, in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. Claims made within 2 months are always considered timely.
If your claim is approved, Aveva Design will:
- Repair the item
- Replace the item
- Or issue a full refund
For approved claims, we will also cover the return shipping costs.
4. Claims (Business Customers)
Business customers are required to inspect goods upon delivery.
Any damage or defects must be reported within a reasonable time.
Returns or claims must not be sent without prior approval from Aveva Design.
5. Returns Process
You must always contact us before returning an item, please fill out below return form with order number and products you want to return and wait for a confirmation.
The return must:
- Be securely packaged
- Be sent in appropriate outer packaging
- Include relevant return information
Returns without an approval from us cannot be processed.
6. Refunds
For approved returns, refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned item.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
